Des & Katie | Common House No. 2 Micro wedding

It was such a joy to be apart of Des and Katie’s wedding. They are the type of people that once you meet them, you think to yourself, “oh yea, I want to be their friend.” And that is what happened. I decided after leaving their engagement session that I wanted to some how to convince them to let me in their inner circle (haha). We started a book club and they became apart of our chosen family!

Des and Katie were so thoughtful when it came to their wedding day. They wanted it to be small and included the people in their lives that were their biggest cheerleaders. They spent months creating beautiful ceramic gifts for their family and friends. They included beautiful textures of fall from fresh to dried flowers. I loved that they were their authentic selves and included two incredible wedding outfits! I had the joy of capturing their wedding on both film and digital.

Thank you so much for having me capture your special day! And as always, I love being at Common House (their brunch menu for this wedding was amazing, I even brought a box home for Andrew, ha!)
